Now that the PS Now games for July 2021 have been revealed, it’s safe to say that Sony has come out with its best monthly offering yet.

First things first, it’s interesting that the earlier leak actually predicted the entire PS Now games for July 2021 lineup. But, then again, since it came from a pretty legitimate source - an errant Facebook ad video - we shouldn’t be surprised that it was actually correct. Of course, we’ll never know these days, so it was always safe to err on the side of caution. For the July 2021 lineup, PS Now subscribers can start downloading and streaming the games starting tomorrow, July 6. In case you missed the aforementioned leak, the July 2021 lineup adds several of the best games to release in recent years, including a massive wild west action-adventure title from one of the biggest studios in the world. Here’s the entire July 2021 lineup for PS Now along with when they’ll be leaving the library (if applicable):

If you’re wondering why some of the games don’t have dates, that’s because they’re permanent fixtures on the PS Now library. As far as quality goes, the lineup is impressive, to say the least. We’ve already described it as Sony’s best outing yet and we stand by that. God of War and Red Dead Redemption 2 are both GOTY-quality titles, with the former now coming back to PlayStation Now for good. Nioh 2 isn’t half-bad either. It’s one of the best Soulslike games available right now and a great game to tide you over until the release of Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut in August. The other games, like Judgment, Moving Out, and Nascar Heat 5, as well as Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, are no slouches either. In particular, Judgment is widely considered as the best spin-off title in the long-running Yakuza series and one that doesn’t get as much attention as it deserves. Just keep in mind that PlayStation Now can only stream PS4 versions of the games. Unlike the Xbox Game Pass, which recently upgraded its servers to the Xbox Series X, Sony’s own offering has yet to make the transition. Still, these games are solid and add another reason why PlayStation Now is much more worth spending your money on these days than ever before. Speaking of spending money, PlayStation Now is available for $9.99 a month on the PS4, PS5, and PC. A one-year subscription is also available for $59.99. In other news, Sony revealed its free games lineup this July for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
