The announcement came via a trailer that Outright Games released to its YouTube account, which follows Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman as they work together to take down the new big bad villain in town Mr. Mxyzptlk. Aside from the three playable characters, other members of the Justice League will make cameo appearances, including Aquaman and The Flash. On their mission to defeat Mr. Mxyzptlk, the trio of superheroes must fight and vanquish the numerous bad characters they will encounter. One of these characters is the mind-controlling alien, Starro the Conqueror – the giant starfish that made an appearance in the DC Studios film The Suicide Squad. Fun fact: Starro the Conqueror is one of the first villains the Justice League had to combat following their formation in the original comics. The game’s overview on Steam reads: Justice League: Cosmic Chaos will incorporate puzzles and missions for the players, which they must complete successfully to progress and ultimately finish the game. Also, success at the puzzles and missions will let players access upgrades and change outfits in-game. Outright Games is a video game publisher renowned for its prowess at family-friendly titles. The publisher also has experience with DC titles and it is responsible for The League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace. In other news, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League finally has an official release date. The title, which has suffered several delays over the course of its development, will be released on May 26 and feature up to four-player co-op gameplay.
