Tom Henderson claims that Snoop Dogg is part of a shortlist of new operators coming to Call of Duty, specifically Warzone and Vanguard. Even the trusted industry insider couldn’t help but clarify what he just said, stressing that he was “not joking”. Meanwhile, @ZestyCodLeaks posted a potential skin of Snoop Dogg in Call of Duty that features the newly-minted Death Row Records owner wearing a jacket, trilby, and sunglasses. Unfortunately, the latter’s photo is no longer available, which suggests that the publisher took it down.

— Tom Henderson (@Tom_Henderson) February 11, 2022 Snoop’s arrival as a skin to Warzone and Vanguard would mark his second involvement with Call of Duty. Back in 2013, Snoop lent his talents as a voice pack for 2013’s Call of Duty: Ghosts by Infinity Ward. What is perhaps the most interesting part about Snoop as an Operator skin is that it would also be the first time that Activision Blizzard will release a cosmetic modeled and marketed after an actual person, not a fictional character that the person plays. Previously, Activision Blizzard released John McClane and Rambo Operator skins. In other news, Activision just laid out its plans for Warzone Pacific and Vanguard for Season 2. Not long after, the publisher confirmed that Infinity Ward is working on Warzone 2 after an earlier leak. Speaking of, the studio is also taking the lead on this year’s Call of Duty game.
